TAS, located in San Marcos, Texas, began business in 1998 and is currently providing technical services to the private, governmental telecom and electric sectors.  The Owner and four-person management team have a combined 110 years of experience in the business. TAS is a certified Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) and Woman Owned Business Enterprise (WBE).

Our primary focus is providing services such as communications engineering/design, inspection, GIS/GPS services, technical personnel outsourcing, cable route services and regulatory mapping services..

The GIS/GPS service offering includes a mapping service bureau that provides a platform for secure data storage and access via the Internet, GPS data collection, CAD/GIS data conversion, and GIS software consulting.
